No one is responsible for your own happiness expect for yourself. Don't expect someone else make you happy or hand them the key to your own happiness. Only you are responsible for your own happiness.
My name is Andrea and I'm a poet, writer, spiritual lightworker, healer, indigo adult. Open-minded person. Always enjoyed learning about different cultures around the world. This blog is crossed between personal blog, inspirational blog, and spiritual blog. Some of the things that I'll post on here would be either Alison Krauss, Judy Garland/Wizard of Oz, wolves, poems, computer, and inspirational, spiritual or metaphysical, and something that is funny/light hearted to get someone laughing. If you need someone to talk to, vent, or have questions, my inbox is always open, anon or not. I do not claim to know a lot of things, but I'm always willing to listen. :)

Yes, yes I’m eating.  You know why I’m eating…. it’s because I’m hungry!  If your body is telling you that it’s time to eat or that you are hungry, eat!  Don’t go a day without eating!  If you are hungry for vegetables/fruits, eat them.  If you are hungry for chips, eat them.  You’re worth more than you give yourself credit for.  :)

Bring consent out of the bedroom. I think part of the reason we have trouble drawing the line “it’s not okay to force someone into sexual activity” is that in many ways, forcing people to do things is part of our culture in general. Cut that shit out of your life. If someone doesn’t want to go to a party, try a new food, get up and dance, make small talk at the lunchtable—that’s their right. Stop the “aww c’mon” and “just this once” and the games where you playfully force someone to play along. Accept that no means no—all the time. By
